Management Team

The Management Team for the year 2008/9 is made up of the following members:

Paula McLaughlin (Chair)

Paula McLaughlin is Executive Assistant to the Executive Director of the Asia New Zealand Foundation (Asia:NZ). She also provides assistance to the Chairman of Asia:NZ, Hon Philip Burdon, and the Board of Trustees. She has been with Asia:NZ since 2003. Prior to this Paula lived and worked in the UK for four years.

Rebecca Dobbs (Secretary)
Rebecca is the PA to the Chief Executive of the Hospitality Association, and has been in this role since March 2007.  The role encompasses all aspects of a PA/EA role, as well as office management and managing a team of three.

Working for a not-for-profit association is a challenge, espcially considering prior to this Rebecca was sales support/office manager for British American Tobacco.

Rebecca has been a member of PACE for about two years, and is looking forward to continuing the good work carried out by previous management teams.

MARGARET NINNESS (Membership Officer)

Margaret is currently Executive Assistant to the Director of Civil Aviation at the Civil Aviation Authority, having held several personal/executive assistant roles to chief executives. The CAA is the third transport sector agency she has worked for; the second at this level.

Robyn Ramsay (Treasurer)

Robyn has been Office Manager for Design Network Architecture Ltd for the past five years.  Prior to this she was Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive of Centreport Wellington.


Sue Reeves (Events Coordinator)
Sue Reeves (Events Coordinator)
Sue works as PA to the CEO of Shirlaws New Zealand Ltd, an international business coaching company.  She has been there since February 2008 and was previously the Office Manager for LifeWorks, a course done through the Open Polytechnic of New Zealand where she was for five years.

ERMA New Zealand is the latest stop in Leeza's tour of government, local government and private industry organisations.  She has been EA to the Chief Executive and Executive Officer to the Board  for the past four years.
