Diane Burborough, Senior Consultant in the Permanent Recruitment Team and Mary-Jane Baxter, Director and Manager Temporary Recruitment, will discuss with us informally topics such as:
- Salaries and benefits for PAs and EAs to Chief Executives
- Comparative salary trends in different sectors (eg, government, private, not-for-profit)
- How responsibilities in our roles are changing
- The dynamics of the current recruitment climate
You will have the opportunity to participate in an anonymous salary survey on the night. There will be an easy questionnaire for you to complete on arrival if you wish, and the results will be collated for us and given out during the meeting.
