Kate Williams (General Member)
Kate Williams is Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive, Board Chairman and members at the Charities Commission.
The Charities Commission is a newly established Autonomous Crown Entity (since 1995) and its main functions are to establish and maintain a registration and monitoring system for charitable organisations and to provide support and education to the charitable sector on good governance and management. Kate has held this position since November 1995 and was previously PA to the CE of Quality Health New Zealand and NZ College of Management.
Kate has been a member of PACE since 1996.
