Virginia Wright (General Member)

Virginia Wright is the Executive Assistant to both the Chair and General Manager, and the Office Manager at the New Zealand Productivity Commission. The Commission is a new independent Crown Entity and was established in April 2011, they carry out in-depth inquiry reports on topics selected by Government. Prior to this role she was Executive Assistant to the Director General of MAF. 


The Charities Commission is a newly established Autonomous Crown Entity (since 1995) and its main functions are to establish and maintain a registration and monitoring system for charitable organisations and to provide support and education to the charitable sector on good governance and management.  Kate has held this position since November 1995 and was previously PA to the CE of Quality Health New Zealand and NZ College of Management.  

Kate has been a member of PACE since 1996.
