CATERERS - Ana Cusine
Ana is passionate about food, especially Italian food. It's her heritage and she wants to share it.
She grew up in Island Bay in a traditional Italian household and learnt to cook by watching her mother. Later, she went to Italy, where her great-aunt and other family members taught her traditional cooking methods and family secrets.
Since then she have mixed full-time work, and more recently motherhood, with catering for dinner parties, cocktail parties, and private functions, and from time to time running cooking classes.
Demand for her catering has grown to the extent that she have decided to pursue her passion on a fulltime basis, and so started my own catering business.
